    Error code 1935
    during installation on Windows 7″

I have searched countless forums regarding this issue, most of them pertaining to a Microsoft.net framework issue on Windows Vista. I have tried to “re-install” framework the Windows 7 way, including a non destructive re-installation of Windows 7 to repair it, and nothing has worked yet. The exact error code is as follows: Error 1935. An error has occurred during the installation of assembly component {97F81AF1-0E47-DC99-A01F-C8B3B9A1E18E} HRESULT: 0x800736B5.

PLEASE help with this, as this issue has been occurring for a very long time.
